Yes! HuntedGift welcomes feature requests and product feedback from all users. Whether you have ideas for new filters, AI improvements, or workflow enhancements, the team wants to hear from you.

The best feature requests include specific use cases and explain why the change would help you give better gifts.

How to submit a feature request

Send your ideas using the same support channels as general questions:

Email

Email your feature request to [email protected] with "Feature Request" in the subject line. Include:

  • What you want — The feature, improvement, or change you're suggesting

  • Why it matters — How it would improve your gift-searching experience or solve a specific problem

  • Your use case — A real-world scenario where you'd use this feature ("When I search for my nephew who loves gaming and skateboarding, I want...")

  • Examples (optional) — Links to similar features in other apps, mockups, or screenshots

Contact Form

Visit the Help Center contact page and click "Fill the contact form". Choose "Feature Suggestion" or "Product Feedback" as your message type (if available), then describe your idea.

Live Chat

Start a chat from the Help Center contact page and tell the support team about your feature idea. They'll log it for the product team to review.

You can access the Help Center from the app by clicking Help in the top navigation or selecting Help Center from your profile menu.

What happens after you submit

The HuntedGift team reviews all feature requests. While they can't implement every idea, they prioritize suggestions based on user demand, technical feasibility, and alignment with the product roadmap.

You may receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request. For popular or high-impact ideas, the team may follow up with questions or let you know when the feature is under development.

HuntedGift doesn't currently have a public roadmap or voting system. Feature requests are logged internally and reviewed by the product team.

Response times by plan

All users can submit feature requests, but response speed varies by subscription:

  • Free and Pro plans — Standard support (requests logged, no guaranteed acknowledgment)

  • Elite plan ($9.99/mo) — Priority support (faster acknowledgment, may include updates on request status)

Other ways to share feedback

Social media

HuntedGift is active on TikTok (@huntedgift.com) and Twitter/X (@huntedgift). You can DM or tag the team with product suggestions, though email is the official channel for feature requests.

Bug reports vs. feature requests

If something isn't working correctly (gifts not loading, errors, broken UI), that's a bug report, not a feature request. Use the same contact methods, but label it as a bug so the team prioritizes it for fixes.
