Why Email Can't Be Changed
Your email address is tied to your account authentication, especially if you signed up with Google or verified your email during signup. Changing it would require re-verifying your identity and could disrupt your access.
Requesting an Email Change
If you need to update your email address, contact our support team:
Go to the Contact page or email support directly
Provide your current email and the new email you want to use
Verify your identity (support may ask security questions)
Wait for confirmation that the change is complete
Make sure you have access to both your current and new email addresses. You'll need to verify the new email before the change is finalized.
What You Can Update
While email is locked, you can change these settings anytime in your profile:
Name — Your display name
Username — Your unique username
Avatar — Profile picture
Banner — Profile banner image
Go to Settings from the sidebar menu to update these fields.
If you're locked out of your account because you lost access to your email, contact support immediately for account recovery options.
