How to cancel your subscription

ou can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain full access to your Pro or Elite features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will automatically revert to the free tier.

After cancellation, you'll keep all your saved gift ideas and search history. Your account reverts to 3 searches per day when your current period ends.

How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your Pro or Elite subscription:

  1. Go to your Profile page (click your profile icon in the top right)

  2. Scroll to the Subscription section

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal in a new tab

  5. In the Stripe portal, select Cancel subscription

  6. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

You can also access subscription management from the Pricing page by clicking the manage button on your current plan.

What happens after cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Access continues until period end — You'll keep all Pro or Elite features until your current billing period expires (monthly or annual)

  • No future charges — Your subscription won't renew and you won't be billed again

  • Automatic downgrade to free tier — At the end of your billing period, your account converts to the free plan with 3 searches per day

  • Your data stays safe — All your saved gift ideas, search history, and account data remain intact

Reactivating your subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime:

  1. Visit the Pricing page

  2. Choose your preferred plan (Pro or Elite) and billing frequency (monthly or yearly)

  3. Click Get Pro or Get Elite

  4. Complete the checkout process

Your credits and features will be updated immediately after reactivation.

When you reactivate, you'll see a confirmation message: "Subscription verified! Your credits have been updated."
